Angelo Cinel
President & CEO, WIRE Consulting
Born in Venice, Italy, in 1973, Angelo Cinel is a successful Real Estate entrepreneur and father of a 13-year-old child. Cinel is the co-founder and CEO of WIRE Group with over 20-year experience in Real Estate.
From an early age, Cinel always had a huge love for architecture, art, and history. He attended at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, pursuing a humanistic path focused on art which enabled him to enhance his knowledge of the Italian and International architectural heritage. Cinel then deepened his knowledge in the Real Estate industry, through various specialization courses, including the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy, which then led him to transform his passion into his profession.
In 1997, Cinel was first introduced into the Real Estate world, and in 2000 he opened the first Real Estate office in the historic center of Venice, Italy with the brand “Professionecasa” (Tree Real Estate group), where Cinel immediately distinguished himself and his office as the best one among the 600 agencies affiliated to the group. Cinel then felt the need to expand the business’s reach beyond the local market so in 2004 he decided to set up offices in “the land of dreams”- the United States, in the cities of New York and Miami.
Cinel then decided in 2006 to affiliate the US offices to the Tree group, thus contributing to the birth of “Professionecasa Prestige International” for which he had been the International Manager for several years.
In 2006, Cinel established the first international Real Estate consulting company in Italy known as WIRE Consulting nowadays. He also founded and launched the Real Estate Portal www.prestigeinternational.com, a reliable platform for international real estate investors.
Since 2013, Cinel has been the President and CEO of WIRE Consulting, leading company of WIRE Group, and has assisted thousands of clients to invest in real estate assets abroad. WIRE Consulting has its own research center that provides international housing market analysis and forecasts to the top Italian press (Milano & Finanza, Class CNBC).
Angelo Cinel is also a writer that specializes in writing about real estate for both consumer and trade publications. He is co-author of the book “Acquistare casa all’estero” (Purchasing house abroad), published by Alpha Test in November 2014, the first publication in Italy that focuses on the purchase of a property abroad for Italian investors. Cinel also wrote a lot of articles such as “Real Estate Investments in South Florida for Italian Buyers”, “The Realtor: similarities and differences with the real estate broker in Italy” for the Italy America Chamber of Commerce (IACC).
In 2019, WIRE Consulting under the leadership of its CEO Angelo Cinel was awarded with the Private Baking Award in the Real Estate sector. In 2021, WIRE Consulting Italy becomes an official member of the Association of Italian Private Banking (AIPB), the most prestigious organization of private banks and family offices in Italy. At the same time, WIRE Holding was born to unify and develop all branches of WIRE worldwide.
