The developer is one of the largest construction companies in the city of David, Panama’s second largest city. They have been in the business of developing in David for over 40 years and have completed, small, medium and large size projects.

Mark Cox, from the U.K., has a Bachelor’s Degree on Engineering. He Joined a Multinational company in 1995, and over a 10-year period worked in more than 50 countries. Cox first came to Panama in the year 2000, and married a Panamanian in 2001. They currently have 2 children, a 10 year old and a 13 year old. He has worked in the real estate industry in Panama since 2007, and since 2018 to date he has represented a housing development in David called Altos De Coquito.
